LeRhonda Lofton serves as the Equitas Academy Network Operations Manager. LeRhonda is passionate about achieving excellence in operations to support students in achieving their highest potential.  LeRhonda has more than 10 years of Operations experience. LeRhonda has seen first hand the value of empowering students to achieve their goals through excellent education.  

In LeRhonda’s free time she enjoys hosting dinner parties for friends and daydreaming by the ocean. She is excited to have joined the Equitas family.
