I became an educator because I want every student to know they are loved, capable, and powerful.

Prior to Equitas, I worked in schools where I learned so much about resilience, community, and leadership.

I chose Equitas because I believe in building joyful schools where students and families feel like they belong.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and camping with my husband.
