FAQ: TK-12 Partnership
Between Equitas & Collegiate

Equitas Academy and Collegiate Charter High School of Los Angeles (CCHS) are pursuing an exciting new partnership that will benefit both of our organizations. Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year and with the confirmed support from our authorizers, the Los Angeles Unified School District, Collegiate will be joining the Equitas network to create a full TK-12 Equitas experience for students. This TK-12 partnership will support a shared goal to be the premier school of choice for all students in Pico-Union and prepare students for college, careers, and life pursuits.

The leadership of Equitas and Collegiate recognize that there may be questions about this partnership and have put together this FAQ based on the questions already received to date. Readers should please feel free to submit inquiries through the survey created to capture Additional Questions Regarding Equitas and Collegiate TK-12.  This FAQ will be updated periodically throughout the summer and is organized to provide information to four distinct groups listed below. Every student must prepare a complete application to a best-fit 4-year college in order to earn a Collegiate high school diploma. Our college counselor will start working with your families in the winter of their 11th-grade year to begin this exciting process.
