I became an educator because I love helping students to see the power and knowledge they already held all along.

Prior to Equitas, I got my BA at Occidental College and my MA at LMU. I was also a corps member at City Year LA to be sure this is what I wanted to do!

I chose Equitas because the interview process felt extremely organized and I loved being able to explore the school on my own to see other teachers.

Outside of school, I enjoy exploring LA with my toddler and husband
