I became an educator because… I love to help students grow! I'm passionate about building a relationship with them and being part of their main support group.

Prior to Equitas, I… graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a B.S in Environmental Biology. I've been working for various non profit organizations in STEM education, instructing workshops and assemblies. I have also been a garden teacher and animal caretaker for amphibians and reptiles.

I chose Equitas because… of the positivity and motivation to help our scholars and our community.

Outside of school, I enjoy… mountain biking, going to concerts, and visiting botanical gardens.
