I became an educator because… I enjoy working with young people and making a difference in their lives. I want to give students the opportunity to grow academically to reach their full potential.

Prior to Equitas, I… graduated from CSUN with both a Bachelors and Masters in Public Health with an emphasis in Community Health Education. Before Equitas, I also worked as an after school facilitator for middle schools and high schools in Los Angeles and Altadena, as well as held a position as an Inclusion Assistant at a charter high school in Sylmar.

I chose Equitas because… I wanted to challenge myself in a new school and new environment.
