I became an educator because… I want to make a difference in communities like the one I grew up in. Through sharing my own experiences, I hope to inspire the next generation and create a lasting, positive impact.

Prior to Equitas, I… majored in English at the University of California, Berkeley. I have also worked with various nonprofit organizations across Los Angeles, focusing on expanding access to quality education for youth throughout the city.

I chose Equitas because… of the values and community.

Outside of school, I enjoy… traveling and spending time with loved ones.
