I became an educator because… I feel called to contribute to the growth of young minds and to add value to my students’ daily lives. I believe every child deserves a classroom where they feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Prior to Equitas, I… began my career in the corporate sector before discovering my passion for education while volunteering at a neighborhood Montessori school. I eventually became an assistant teacher in upper elementary (grades 3–6) and later earned my Master’s in Education in 2025. I am now entering my second year of teaching 4th grade at Equitas, which has become by far my favorite grade to teach.

I chose Equitas because… I believe deeply in Equitas’ mission to provide excellent education rooted in community. The dedication, collaboration, and joy of the staff here inspire me every day, and I feel fortunate to be part of this team while teaching 4th grade.

Outside of school, I enjoy… spending time outdoors with my family—whether at the beach, hiking, or relaxing in a park.
