As a public, charter school, Equitas Academy is free of charge to all families and students. The school is open to all California residents. Any family who meets the following criteria is eligible to apply:

• Students and families who are interested in the school's mission
• The student is a resident of California.
• Prior to December of the year that student is enrolling, the student is five years old.

Seats for the 2011-12 school year are limited but we still have space for kindergarten and first grade. Families should ensure that applications are submitted as soon as possible.

Parents/guardians can complete a Student Application/Aplicación de Estudiante. We ask that you participate in one information session regarding the school’s expectation, policies and procedures.
