Vivian Peña has always had a passion for technology. Her passion was accelerated during college and while working full time as an Advanced Repair Agent for Geek Squad. There she discovered how patience and positive customer service go hand in hand for an amazing customer experience. Ms. Peña has a high priority for supporting individuals with their technology needs and equipping them with the resources and tools needed to lower technology frustration.  She aspired to take her skills and knowledge to another level by supporting a community with low income resources and giving them the tools for a better education.

 

Currently Ms. Peña is on the path to receiving her certifications to further support families, staff, and scholars. Ms. Peña is aware of the importance of education and the sustainability of technology to provide our scholars and community with the best form of support in and out of the classroom.

 

In her free time Ms. Peña loves to be outdoors while also enjoying time surrounded by family and friends. She is excited to be part of the Equitas Family.
