We work hard to intentionally transform the trajectory of our scholars and the Pico/Union community through a safe and supportive school community focused on college readiness. We do this in partnership with parents and families and by holding high expectations for our scholars, staff and students.

We believe that the mission-driven educators in our classrooms who influence and impact the lives of each and every scholar on the journey to and through college are the heroes of this work. At Equitas Academy, we intentionally transform the lives of our scholars through their academic and character educations.
