Equitas Academy is a free, public school that will provide an environment of educational
excellence; however, there are school-associated expenses that our families may not be able
to afford. This is where we look to you for help. Uniforms, healthy lunches and school supplies
are part of an environment we believe help children achieve in a competitive classroom and
develop habits that will enable life-long academic success.
If you would like to help Equitas Academy better serve our students, there are two ways you
can help.

There are always a host of supplies that we could use to help offer a superior education to our children. Here are our technology needs:
* Classroom Printers for six classrooms (preferably with wireless capabilities) and 6-pk of black ink
* Listening Centers Stereos for six classrooms—CD and cassette
* Smart Boards for six classrooms
* ELMO or Doc Cam for six classrooms
* Projectors for six classrooms
* Projection Screen for six classrooms
* Mac computers for the classrooms (about 4 for a computer center in each of the six classrooms)
* Wireless mouse for 10 staff
* Computer bags for 10 staff
* Software license: StudyDog.com (CD-ROM Site License $895.00 per grade level… OR online version for $23.95 per student)
* MIND Research Institute ST Math (www.mindinstitute.net – I’ve requested pricing info)
* Kidspiration Software (20-computer license $895.00)
* Language Arts/Math and Other Software (such as Reader Rabbit, Kid Pix, Millie's Math House, Kids Typing Software)
* Scholastic's Read 180
* Books on CD
