Ebony Wyatt is committed to cultivating a culture of excellence as Equitas Academy's Chief Talent Officer. In this role, she will ensure that every individual at Equitas works with an equity driven, community centric approach that fosters excellence for the mission. Ebony will oversee a vision and strategy for all talent, human resources, culture, and equity work across Equitas by including and holding people, scholars and their families and communities at the center of the work. 

 

With over 15 years of experience in organizational & talent development, she brings both her experience and education to further the Equitas Academy commitment to achievement, measured outcomes and integrative practices. She is known for her strategic application of the intersections of human and organizational behavior, holistic performance management, and lifecycle talent solutions.

 

Ebony holds a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Redlands, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from California State University of Long Beach in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management.

 

In her free time, Ebony enjoys reading, painting, rollerblading at the beach with her kids, beach volleyball, listening to a wide variety of music, and dancing. She loves and prioritizes spending time with her family while exploring and evolving together. She stays active and integrated with herself by doing yoga, meditation, and circuit workouts.
