Brittany Rush has committed her entire professional journey to ensuring equitable outcomes and inclusive learning environments become realities for students of color. Having spent her early career exploring educational inequities in early learning classrooms across the South, she holds a vested interest in navigating the social and political systems that hold power with the aim of uprooting them in service to students. Brittany has served in schools and communities as a teacher, Dean, School Director, and champion for equity. She holds a BA in Elementary Education and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction. She believes in the power of partnerships between students, teachers, families and communities and is thrilled to be a part of the Network team and family!
