Jennifer is passionate about improving the quality of education in her community. Having witnessed education inequality firsthand Jennifer vowed to make a difference.

Jennifer joined Equitas Academy as a Knowledge Management Analyst in September 2021. Before joining Equitas Jennifer worked as an Assessment Coordinator and as an SIS Data Analyst for a nonprofit Charter Management Organization.

Jennifer attended Woodbury University where she received a Master of Business Administration in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History in 2016. 

Outside of work Jennifer enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends and is an avid hiker.
