Junior Rayas currently serves as the Director of Technology at Equitas Academy Charter Schools. Immediately prior to his work here, he was the Director of Technology and Innovation with the Hollister School District where he led the development and implementation of some highly innovative initiatives based on the national Future Ready Schools Assessment including Google University and Google Project Culture Shift. Initiatives that focused on shifting the Hollister culture toward innovative thinking. Junior's professional career has been in support of technology integration and student development of 21st century digital literacy skills. Junior holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from WGU.
