Equitas Alumni are required to (1) participate in monthly 30-minute check-ins at an Equitas site or by phone, (2) submit the “Monthly Check-in Reflection Form” confirming their monthly check-in took place, and (3) have 10 hours of volunteer time logged with their mentor before the end of the year. To apply, submit the MVP Alumni application form by Friday, January 31, 2020 at 5:00pm.
