MVP Mentor Application Form

Mentors are required to (1) conduct monthly 30-minute check-ins at an Equitas site or by phone, (2) submit the “Monthly Check-in Reflection Form” confirming their monthly check-in took place, and (3) provide 10-hours worth of volunteer projects that their alumni mentee can assist with. First-generation college graduates are especially encouraged to participate. Participation is contingent on passing a background check. To apply, submit the MVP Mentor application form by Friday, January 31, 2020 at 5:00pm.
