Equitas Academy Middle School opened in 2013 and serves fifth through eighth grade.  We are very excited to have built a brand new site for our middle school located at 2723 West 8th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90005. You can view the architectural drawings in the file attached. 

 

Equitas Academy Middle School was named a Gold Ribbon School by the California Department of Education in the 2014-2015 school year. The California Gold Ribbon Schools Award was created to honor schools in place of the California Distinguished Schools Program, which is on hiatus while California creates new assessment and accountability systems.The Gold Ribbon awards recognize California schools that have made gains in implementing the academic content and performance standards adopted by the State Board of Education. These include the California Standards for English Language Arts and Mathematics, California English Language Development Standards, and Next Generation Science Standards. We are honored to be among the schools that earned state-wide recognition.
